• Designing projects and policies for addressing issues with Human resources and Health
• Ability to create new projects on Community level Health care
• Ability to implement policies based on available statistical data about the Health care needs in the community
• Ability to sustain and carry forward our Community Health worker and Nurse Practitioner’s curriculum.
• Ability to work independently and manage the Human Capacity vertical
• An integral part of the team working to solve existing issues and foresee new issues in Health and design projects to create innovative solutions to Health care in India
  

• Post graduate degree in Health sciences (prefer PhD), community medicine, International Public Health.
• Prefer work experience in similar organizations/NGO’s involved in Health care
• Strong Leadership qualities and ability to inspire a team of Health care Personnel both on and off the field.
• Excellent communications skills with reasonable computer skills.
• A good understanding of the Health system and ability to implement creative solutions to gaps in the system.
